
Something I whipped up for Open D6 although it works for any d6 system.

Feel free to use this image for your games.
The bounce diagram can be used for thrown objects, dropped bombs, miss fired spells, etc. Or use it for tech/magic objects such as:
Lighting Ball
Enable this ball and throw it among your enemies. Once it lands tendrils of lighting strike randomly in all directions up to 10 spaces away.

* Roll a d6 to determine the direction of the miss-fire or bounce, then roll a number of d6's to determine how fare the object missed/bounced.
For instance, Breep the yazirian is flying in a hover car several meters above the ground. He spots a group of enemy security robots below and attempts to toss several EMP grenades on top of them. His to-hit rolls fails and his Referee tells him to roll 1d6 for direction and 10d6 for distance (the Referee uses the "dropped bomb" entry on the table.
Oh bad for Breep, his EMP's hit Tri-Corp's robotic security van. That's gonna come out of his pay.
